Will there be another customer in the transfer vehicle or will he stop at another hotel?
No, all our transfers are private transfers and not shuttle transfers. There is no one in your vehicle except you or your guests.

What should I do if I want to go or pick up a place that is not on your list?
The locations registered in our system are commonly used locations. Call us if you want to go to a place not on our list or to be picked up.

If you request, all our vehicles have child seats free of charge.

How can I find you at the airport?
Our driver will wait at the reception with the name you specified during the reservation.

How should I choose the transfer time from the hotel to the airport?
When choosing the transfer time, please note that you must be at the airport 2 hours before the flight time.

Can you come to another point during the transfer?
The transfer starts from the point of receipt and ends at the departure point. There are transfers in transfers.

What if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
We track your flight number from the flight number you provided at the time of booking. If your flight is delayed,

You must have completed your reservation 24 hours in advance.

How can I pay?

May I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge 12 hours before your flight or hotel reception time.

Your refund will be returned to you as soon as possible according to your payment method.

What should I do if my transfer time or date changes?
If you call or email us, your transfer will be updated with the new date and time.

What will I do if my flight is cancelled?
In case of a flight cancellation not caused by you, your money will be refunded. Please inform us by e-mail

or by phone regarding your flight cancellation.

How can I make my reservation?
To make a reservation, you need to fill in the reservation form on our online page and send it to us.

You will be answered as soon as possible.
